HURRICANE SALLY UPDATE:

 

Seachase Condominiums is working with Doster Construction to remediate the damage caused by Hurricane Sally in the early morning hours of September 16, 2020. We are currently a construction site until further notice. Only owners and their insurance adjusters will be allowed on site by appointment during regular business hours 9:00 to 5:00 each day. The condominium units cannot be occupied for overnight stays as per the Fire Marshal and the city of Orange Beach.   All information needed by insurance adjusters can be found on this website. Please click the tab for menu in the upper right hand corner and then click the tabs for Master Insurance Policy Information, East Tower Roof Damage Video, Center Tower Roof Damage Video, West Tower Roof Damage Video, Letter for the Insurance Companies (pdf), Resume for Contractors and Subs with Links, and the tab for Condo Association Documents to find what you need for claims. All appointment requests by owners and insurance agents must be made by email to:

sarah.delazzer@aronov.com so that we can copy security to let them know you are coming to see your unit and the property.
